Total Time

10-15 minutes

Serves

4 glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon

  • ½ banana

  • 1 peach

  • 1 apricot

  • A generous handful of cherries

  • A generous handful of raspberries

  • ½ large cooked beetroot

  • ½ mango

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 cups coconut water

  • 1 cup spring water

  • 1 tbsp local, natural honey (optional, to taste)

Adjust the amount of coconut water or spring water depending on whether you prefer a thicker/thinner smoothie.

Method

1. Prepare

Wash all fresh fruit thoroughly. Peel & roughly chop the banana, peach, apricot & mango. Chop the cooked beetroot into smaller pieces.

2. Blend

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender- making sure your water is fridge cold (a smoothie/juice always tastes nicer cold!)

Blend for 3-5 minutes until smooth & creamy.

3. Adjust

If you'd like a thinner smoothie, simply add a little more coconut water or spring water & blend again. For extra natural sweetness, stir in a tablespoon of local honey.

4. Serve

Pour into glasses & enjoy straight away for the freshest flavour

Jordanna's Tip

For the best taste, use chilled fruit. I love serving this smoothie as part of a nourishing breakfast for myself & the kids- even the baby loves it! Pair it with a handful of nuts as a light snack.
